Cigar & Bourbon Events is an online ticket sale website dedicated to providing one-of-a-kind experiences at the finest cigar and bourbon events around the country — from tastings and pairings to festivals and seminars — with a user-friendly interface and a vast selection of events.

The client approached us to develop a ticketing platform with features for organizers to post events and for visitors to buy tickets. Key requirements included:

• ✓Organizers can post their events in the frontend
• ✓Import of existing events from popular platforms like Eventbrite
• ✓A user dashboard for booking and viewing purchased tickets
• ✓Integration of various payment methods
• ✓Event submission and posting automation
• ✓Fixing various errors and bugs on the website

The existing event-management solution didn't provide the functionality the client demanded. After extensive research and analysis, we suggested an alternative approach, which the client approved.

After the initial setup of the event management plugin for WordPress, we customized it to achieve the desired results — modifying plugin files using HTML, PHP, CSS, and JS.
